Fun design for the 4th of July!
Start with painting your whole nail red. Follow by carefully adding a white stripe down the center of your nail. Once that dries, take the blue brush and gently sweep a blue line across the tips of your nails. If you have french tip stencils you can use those in this step to make it easier. After the blue polish dries, take a bobby pin and make small white dots along the blue tips. Finish with over coat. Easy!
